Apple’s next-generation iPhone 16 Pro might be set for having a periscope lens next year following an exclusive debut on the iPhone 15 Pro Max before the end of the year.

As per a previous report, Apple’s next year iPhone 15 series is going to see the adoption of an alleged periscope lens, which enables a much deeper camera zoom than it always has. We might be expected to see a 5x to 10x zoom instead of the 3x zoom of the last year’s iPhone 14 Pro.
Even though it is improved, it’s usually been approved that this latest periscope lens feature is going to skip the smaller flagship iPhone 15 Pro in 2023. On the contrary, it is going to be exclusive to the bigger-sized iPhone 15 Pro Max or, in case another rumour ends up, the recently dubbed iPhone 15 Ultra.

However, for those who are small phone fans and are concerned that this might be a size-related limitation, the most recent report must be a bit of a relief. According to the report. Though the tech giant is in fact only offering one periscope lens element to the iPhone 15 series, it is going to be applying two to the iPhone 16 lineup next year, carrying the iPhone 16 Pro into the equation.
A lot of people are pretty into interest to see what the company is going to do with this periscope lens technology. As usually happens, we’ve already witnessed this used in the Android smartphone market. Also, to excellent effect in the case of the new Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra as well as the Oppo Find X2 Pro ahead of it.
