The Korean giant Samsung is functioning on making dustproofing foldable phones, even though the feature is not available on the Galaxy Z Fold 5 as well as Flip 5 released the current week.

“We are well aware of consumer demand for dust proofing, and we are making various efforts to achieve this, but due to the nature of foldables, there are many moving parts, so dust proofing is difficult.”
Roh requested users, “Please wait a little longer” for the feature to become functional.
The dustproofing is moderately an objective feature for the foldables. However, it remains pretty challenging, thanks to the unusual nature of the hinge. Practically, foldables and flippables are two different parts, with only that flexible display spanning the two.
